Top secret – ok maybe not so much ðŸ˜‹

The goal here is to test a few different recipes for an upcoming bake off.  How can two cookie recipes be so different? It’s all chemistry, I suppose. I’ve been making cookies one way for a while and decided to try a different way to see if they would be better. The results are so different! What do people enjoy? Chewy? Cake-y? Sticky? I wonder……
